PRIMAVERA discusses trend toward digitalisation of accountancy firms

Seminars on mobility tools for the sector to take place in Porto and Lisbon, with free admission

17 November – Alfandega Congress Centre, Porto
19 November – Belém Cultural Centre, Lisbon

The trend towards the use of tools that allow greater mobility in the provision of accountancy and management services is the theme of the seminars that PRIMAVERA BSS is to hold in Lisbon and Porto in November. The Portuguese software house specialising in the development of business management software will be sharing its experience and informing sector professionals about the new technologies and the benefits they can bring in terms of the efficiency of the companies' daily processing of accounting, financial and tax information.

The initiative comes as part of the Business Talks project, which aims to bring together the main critical mass in each sector, exchange experiences and share knowledge that will lead to greater business efficiency in the various sectors of activity. The theme of the forthcoming sessions will be "The digital office – more than a trend, a critical factor for success". Aimed and professionals in the accounting and management sector, they will discuss a model for accessing mobile management solutions that is already generating gains in the sector and still has enormous potential to generate profitability in the provision of accountancy, consultancy and management services.

"The future of accountancy and management services will inevitably involve offering solutions that bring accountants and their clients closer together and represent palpable benefits. This is why we want to share our experience and contribute to the change; a change that will improve the efficiency and profitability of companies in the sector," stresses Pedro Coutinho, in charge of the Accounting area at PRIMAVERA BSS.

The sessions are scheduled for the 17th of November at the Alfândega Congress Centre in Porto, and the 19th of November at Belém Cultural Centre in Lisbon. Speakers will include tax specialists and there will be a presentation about the successful outcome at LxGest. This company which provides accountancy and management consultancy services and has offices in Lisbon and Porto successfully innovated its business model with PRIMAVERA technology, resulting in significant operating gains.

Online registration for both seminars is available free of charge at PRIMAVERA's website http://pt.primaverabss.com/pt/eventos
